Terms of use and purchase

1. Operator and service

Unseen Frames Studio provides AI video-generation tools. Credits are usage credit for these tools. One-time credit packs are not subscriptions and do not automatically reload. Subscriptions are separately identified and renew automatically until canceled. The required credits are shown before a generation.

2. Accounts and ordering

The service is intended for adults. A personal account is required. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected misuse.

Stripe Checkout shows the product, total price and subscription billing interval before payment. Review these details; return to the website to change your selection. Only the clearly labeled final payment button submits a paid order. The contract is formed upon our acceptance and confirmed payment. Documents provided for new orders are saved and emailed with the purchase confirmation. Order information is also available in your account. Contract languages are English and German. You can download and save the documents.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total shown before payment includes all taxes and fees charged by us. There are no shipping fees. The selected pack or subscription specifies the included credits and price. Your payment provider may charge its own currency conversion fees. We add no payment surcharge. The total displayed before payment governs.

Checkout shows available payment methods. Credits are allocated after confirmed payment; delayed payment confirmation can delay allocation. Contact us with your order reference if credits are missing before repeating the purchase.

4. Credits and generations

The displayed credit amount is reserved before generation. A confirmed technical failure releases the reservation. An unresolved job remains reserved until clarified and is not automatically restarted as another paid generation. AI results can differ from expectations or prompts. Contractually agreed characteristics and statutory defect rights remain applicable.

Purchased one-time credits currently have no automatic expiry. Subscription credits are allocated monthly, including on annual plans, and each allocation expires after 90 days. Credits are not a payment instrument for third parties. Statutory refunds and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly plans charge the stated monthly price; annual plans charge the stated annual price in advance. The subscription renews for the selected billing interval unless canceled before renewal. There is no additional notice period before the current period ends. When cancellation is effective at period end, paid access continues until then.

Cancel through “Manage Subscription and Invoices” in your account via Stripe, or without signing in at /vertrag-kuendigen. The public form receives your notice; we match it to the contract and confirm the effective termination date. Extraordinary termination rights and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Video and Director features consume credits separately, as shown before use. Unused subscription credits are not paid out in cash, without affecting statutory refund rights.

6. Technical requirements

An internet connection, a current JavaScript-enabled browser and a verified account are required. Videos are delivered as MP4. Available models, duration, resolution, aspect ratios and accepted reference formats and sizes are shown in the studio. Statutory duties to provide necessary digital-product updates remain unaffected. Keep your own copies of downloaded results; this does not restrict our legal duties or your rights.

7. Content and usage rights

Only submit content you have the rights and legal authority to process and use, including copyright, trademark, personality and data-protection permissions. Unlawful content and use are prohibited. You authorize the technical processing necessary for your request without a blanket transfer of further rights.

You may download, edit and use results within applicable law and existing rights. To the extent we hold rights in a result, we permit non-exclusive use without territorial or time limitation. This does not grant third-party rights. Protection of outputs and possible third-party rights depend on their content. We do not promise exclusivity or a particular copyright status. Applicable AI-content labeling and transparency duties must be observed when publishing.

8. Withdrawal and immediate use

Consumers have the withdrawal information and model form at /widerruf. You may submit a withdrawal at /vertrag-widerrufen. Crediting an account or starting use does not automatically remove a withdrawal right. We do not require a blanket waiver of statutory rights. Any compensation for services already performed requires the applicable legal conditions.

9. Defects and liability

Statutory defect rights apply, including applicable digital-product rules. Contact kontakt@unseenframes.studio for problems. Statutory liability rules apply; these terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or impose a blanket exclusion of damages.

10. Referrals

The referrer and a genuinely new, properly attributed customer each receive 150 credits once when the new customer first fully pays a qualifying purchase of at least USD 10. Purchases below USD 10, the USD 1 test pack and registration alone do not qualify. Self-referrals, artificial multiple accounts and abuse are excluded.

Cookie attribution requires voluntary consent. Registration and opening the studio must happen in the same browser within 30 days of consent. Once the account is attributed, the qualifying purchase may occur later.

A full or partial refund of the qualifying purchase reverses both associated bonuses once. They are not awarded again on a later purchase. Used bonus credits can result in a negative balance. Clearly label commercially used referral links, for example: “Ad / referral link: we both receive credits after a qualifying purchase.”

11. Mandatory rights

Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. These terms do not replace legal information duties.
