Right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform us (Fahad Fuad, Müllerstraße 128, 13349 Berlin, Deutschland; email: kontakt@unseenframes.studio; phone: +49 176 32704906) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

You may also submit your notice electronically at /vertrag-widerrufen using “Withdraw from contract”. A receipt showing your statement and its date and time is provided for saving, and an email confirmation is queued to your stated address. The form indicates pending email delivery; that does not change receipt of your notice. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No reimbursement fee is charged.

Where the contract is a service contract and you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, an amount proportionate to services supplied until withdrawal may be payable if the legal conditions are met. Credit allocation alone does not automatically remove the withdrawal right.
