Subscription details

Subscriptions renew at the displayed monthly or annual price until canceled. Annual credits are issued monthly. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid annual allocations continue through the paid term. Unused issued credits keep their original expiry date. One-time purchase credits are unchanged. Video and Director usage are charged separately from your credits. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Is there a free generation after email verification?

No. The free-generation offer has ended. Both Turbo and Reference generations require credits. The credit price is shown before you generate.

How do credits work?

Buy a pack once and use its credits across the Studio. Every generation shows its credit price before you start. Clip length and model determine the price.

Can I use the Director?

Yes. Buying a credit pack unlocks Director planning and AI prompt refinement. Their credit charge is shown before you request them; video generation is charged separately.

Which quality do I get?

Starter subscriptions include Turbo at 768p. Creator and Pro subscriptions include Turbo at 1080p. One-time packs add credits without unlocking membership benefits. Existing purchased access is retained. Reference uses 768p. Generation and Director planning use credits separately.

What if generation fails?

When a paid generation is confirmed as failed, its reserved video credits are returned automatically. A still-running or unresolved request keeps its reservation until its status is confirmed. Successful videos use the price shown before you start.

What does a complete Director video cost?

Example: a 40-second Turbo video with eight 5-second clips. Planning and clip generation are charged separately. Planning reserves up to 68 credits; unused reserved credits are released after completion.
